1. Usage
- You may not use this site for illegal activities, doing so will have your account closed.
- You may not modify any of the source code.
- You may not use this site for anything other than it's intended purpose.
2. Registration
- You may have more than one account.
- You must provide a valid email address.
- You must be at least 13 to register.
3. Sharing & Safety
- You may not post spam on your page or other's pages.
- You may not upload or use malicious code or virusus.
- Any content you post to our servers grants us property rights to the content you posted.
- You may not post pornography of any form.
- You may not post illegal, hateful, or copyrighted content.
4. Freedom of Speech
- If we feel that any content posted by you or other users violates these terms or that any content violates or meaning, we may terminate your account.
- You may not infringe on peoples ability to say what they want using coding or any other terms of silence.
5. Payments & Upgrades
- All payments are processed via PayPal.com and are handled by the account "Qwertynet, LLC."
- Upgrades are non-transferable.
- Upgrades are one time payments that apply only to the respective account that the upgrade was purchased under.
6. Termination
- TellTheInternet.com reserves the right to delete any user(s) pages without warning.
- TellTheInternet.com will not blatantly ignore peoples freedom of speech and will not close an account unless it has violated any of the terms on this page.
7. Developers
- Developers may not embed hidden links into a custom profile page.
- Developers may not insert malicious code into custom profile pages.
8. Liability
- If any legal action comes against us because of you or a user(s) actions, the respective user will take on all charges and legal fees that go along with the said accusation.
- WE TRY TO KEEP TELLTHEINTERNET.COM UP, BUG-FREE, AND SAFE, BUT YOU USE IT AT YOUR OWN RISK. WE ARE PROVIDING TELLTHEINTERNET.COM "AS IS" WITHOUT ANY EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTIES INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT TELLTHEINTERNET.COM WILL BE SAFE OR SECURE.
